  • send your order via a tracked shipping method - either Royal Mail or FedEx depending on the weight of your order.
  • will investigate and resolve any delivery problems you have - please get in touch with us.

  • Look out for messages from Royal Mail or FedEx so that you can see when to expect your delivery, and to arrange an alternative delivery date / location if this is not convenient.
